This Privacy Policy explains how ATX Commercial Roof Network ("we", "us", "our"), operator of commercialroofingaustin.net (the "Site"), collects, uses, shares and protects information. Please read it together with our Terms of Use.
ATX Commercial Roof Network operates an online directory of commercial roofing contractors serving Texas. We do not perform roofing work. We are a referral service that connects building owners, facility managers and property managers with independent third-party contractors.
When you complete a quote request form, we collect the information you enter, which typically includes: your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, the city or county associated with the page you used, the type of service requested, the urgency of the project, any free-text description of the job you choose to provide, and whether you checked the consent box.
When you submit a form we also record technical context associated with that submission: the page URL and path, the referring campaign parameters present in the URL (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and gclid), a general device classification (mobile or desktop), and your browser user-agent string. Standard web server logs may record IP address, request time and requested URL.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, driver's licence number, financial account numbers, payment card details, insurance policy numbers, health information, or login credentials. Do not enter that information into any form on this Site. Payment for roofing work is arranged directly between you and the contractor you hire, never through us.
The core purpose of this Site is to share your request with contractors. When you submit a form, the information in it is transmitted to one or more independent commercial roofing contractors, contractor networks, or lead-buying partners that serve your area. Those companies are separate businesses. They are not owned or controlled by us, and once your information reaches them, their own privacy practices apply to their use of it. We do not control, and are not responsible for, how a contractor uses or retains your information after it is transmitted.

We do not sell your information to unrelated data brokers for their own independent marketing purposes. Sharing with contractors for the purpose you requested is, however, a disclosure, and under some state privacy laws that kind of disclosure may be defined as a "sale" or "sharing". See Section 8.
By submitting a quote request form and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls, autodialed and prerecorded or artificial voice calls, and SMS or MMS text messages from ATX Commercial Roof Network and from the independent commercial roofing contractors to whom your request is transmitted, at the telephone number you provided, including a wireless number, regarding your request and related services.
You may revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable means. Specifically:
Revoking consent with us stops our contact. Because contractors are independent businesses that received your request separately, you may also need to tell each of them directly. We will provide, on request, the identity of the parties to whom your request was transmitted so you can contact them.
The Site uses only the cookies and storage necessary to operate and measure it. We do not run third-party advertising networks that build cross-site behavioural profiles from this Site. Your browser can be configured to refuse cookies; the Site will continue to function. Campaign parameters present in a URL you arrive on are recorded with a form submission so we know which campaign produced it.
We retain quote request records for as long as necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, meet record-keeping obligations relating to consent, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, phone, email, ZIP, IP address); commercial information (services requested); internet or network activity (page, referrer, user-agent, campaign parameters); geolocation at city or ZIP level. Business purposes: to fulfil your request for contractor referrals, and to operate and secure the Site. Disclosed to: independent roofing contractors and contractor networks; hosting, storage, communications and analytics providers.
To exercise any of these rights, call (800) 555-0143 and state the right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity by matching information you provide against our records before acting. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorisation.
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Texas, Colorado, Connecticut and Virginia , have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion and opt-out, and may use the same contact route.
There is no industry-accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track browser signals, and the Site does not respond to them. We do respond to opt-out requests made as described above.
The Site is intended for commercial property owners and managers and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where business listings appear on a location page, the underlying business information and reviews are supplied by Google and are subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices. Links to contractor or third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance.
